Hi there, Just stumbled upon the web site; I have a long connection with the Baptist Chaple, as a child I attended Sunday School there and I can remember that during the summer holidays there used to be summer school/activities; Many of my family/ ancestors are buried in the church yard there; My Great Great Grandfather and Grandmother, Fredrick and Caroline Fox, my Great Grandmother, Maud Cook, My grand mother and grandfather Doris and Jack Cook;
I remember my days in the girls brigade, and Joy Taylor; And I remember my favourite Teacher who sadly is no longer with us, Frances Taylor; Many, many fond memories of the place;
If anyone remembers me, I'd love to hear from them; x

Hi I spent many happy years as a member of Long Sutton Baptist Church, during the 1960's the ministers at that time were Rev Evans and the Rev Howard Worth, Thanks to the church I was able to work for many years in Spurgeons childrens home, I remember Kathy and Andrew Grief, dear Micheal Back, such a good friend, always there to help David Woods and may others from the church wonderful days thanks;

Hello to you all,
I lived in LS from 1957 to 1959 and can still remember the bugle corps of the baptist church; I sang in the choir of St; mary's and my father always said that when i was older i should joinn the buglers;
Very nice to find you are now on the WWW, it has brought back many memories of over 50 years ago;
